The drainage is coming from 11902 Queens street, there’s a hose that runs from their property causing the constant wet and icy roads. This is year round.

Has the County notified the homeowner yet? Or the water authority? This issue has been reported multiple times without resolution, yet it is a serious public hazard due to the ice formed on the Pindell School Rd downhill curve.
