    Apparent underground water pipe leak at 3417 Fernwood Ct, Laurel MD 20724 has not been repaired after many months of reporting and inspection. The leak affects the front lawns of three properties: 3415, 3417, and 3419 Fernwood Court. The leak was apparent and reported when these homes were first purchased in November 2020. It is apparently fresh water, not wastewater. What is the current status of a remedy/repair?

    Yellow curb paint needs to be refreshed on Faraway Hills Drive, and the curb on the median must be painted yellow to prevent cars from standing/parking adjacent to the median, blocking traffic. That illegal standing/parking occurs nearly every schoolday as parents drop off their children for the school bus stop on Russett. Confused drivers are putting the schoolchildren at risk.

    Issue ID: 4285023 was closed but never fixed. A small utility cover in roadway has been missing for many months now, creating a small pothole in the roadway. The surrounding asphalt has been marked as if some type of work were planned, but never executed. The pothole is in the left southbound lane of Montpelier approaching Johns Hopkins Rd.
