When I passed by the fountain yesterday it actually had a foul odor surrounding it. I genuinely believe this is just the norm for this fountain now. I have asked on several occasions and never a response.

I say...fill it with dirt and plant flowers. A fountain will never be fixed or maintained.

Talk about passing the buck!!! This issue has been reported by me for two years and still no resolution. Now I see at least 4 "officials" doing nothing but passing the buck. Our government at work!!!
