Description

Anyone know this guy? He likes to let his dog run around off leash in the non-dog area and let it poop wherever, while pretending not to see as he plays on his phone. Real class act.

If you can get his address then report him to Animal Control because they have a program to Stop this kind of behavior from pet owners -- but you have to give them the address !
