Garbage is never covered, overflowing as seen, neighborhood animals pull garbage out which is strewn all over the street - this is CONSTANTLY happening despite your visits

My neighbors have an air conditioner installed in their basement window that for years I have asked them to either find a way to siphone the excess water away or find a unit that doesn’t cause this issue. I don’t know what to do anymore, my requests see to go unanswered. Their tenant upstairs had a unit that did the same thing and replaced with a model that doesn’t. I don’t want any conflicts or tension with them, but I’d like this issue resolved. It is my understanding that since this is my alley I could choose to have no ac units at all, but I’m trying to do the right thing.

This front area is strewn with loose waste more often than not- it ends up blowing every where

Reported multiple times last week. Area still has garbage always sitting in front - this did NOT just blow there either

Cans were dragged out on the entire street but none of them were emptied - truck and drivers never removed
