My neighbors have an air conditioner installed in their basement window that for years I have asked them to either find a way to siphone the excess water away or find a unit that doesn’t cause this issue. I don’t know what to do anymore, my requests see to go unanswered. Their tenant upstairs had a unit that did the same thing and replaced with a model that doesn’t. I don’t want any conflicts or tension with them, but I’d like this issue resolved. It is my understanding that since this is my alley I could choose to have no ac units at all, but I’m trying to do the right thing.
