Q. What is your Natural Resources concern?
A. I am a long time resident of Dunloggin and live on a howard county owned flood plain at the back of the neighborhood. There are fallen trees in the stream and many very dead large trees on the flood plain just waiting to fall. It is a possible hazard if these trees fall on a passing child or adult and the environmental problem they pose to the stream. Since Howard County is the owner of the flood plain, I would as that someone from your division come out and look at the problem before more trees fall. Please get back to me to discuss the next step.
