We will have an inspector investigate the cans, but the Department recognizes that there is a larger issue in that area.

Property owners are advised to check the exterior of their homes for any possible entry points (as small as a quarter), ensure that their trash is properly stored in barrels and covered and, remove any bird feeders or compost piles for the time-being.

You can stand on the side walk and watch them come of that driveway all afternoon. While I know there has been an issue in the surrounding neighborhoods this mess certainly isn't helping. And it's not like the cans are being cleaned. And it's been going on for almost 5 months. At one point it was the entire property, for months. I can't even work in my front yard without them showing up. Thank you for your quick response.
