Second week in a row that recycling wasn't picked up.

Here we go again. Plowed straight down Thomas Court, a Dead End Street. It is ridiculous that this has to be addressed every year.

Truck backed into Thomas Court, picked up at the first driveway, didn't come any further and left.

Lower end of Millett St wasn't picked up.

Really? Not even plowable snow and here he comes, the wrong way down a dead end st, damaging the road even more. At least 6 years in a row, multiple times. His response..."report it to the city". Plow drivers don't care...they are getting paid...does the city? Dead end streets you back down. Read the contract they sign with the city...but the city keeps paying people to screw up and damage roads. Is the city going to pay for the damage? Not only to the street but to my driveway?

Now that Millett Street has been paved for a second time this what was left behind at the bottom of the hill between 5 and 11.

Once again, instead of backing down, the driver came straight down the dead end street, plowing into driveways. This should not be an issue multiple times throughout the winter year after year.

So...driver came back. Plowed straight down again leaving a larger pile of snow in my driveway. Also plowed into neighbors driveway this time. When told he should have backed down and plowed out he said he would know for next time and drove off. I now can't get either of my cars into my driveway and that pile is going to ice over. It needs to be removed...which is what he should hace done after being notified this morning, instead he made it worse.

Once again plow driver came straight down dead end street. This time, because my car is not there but with a mechanic, snow was pushed and left in my driveway in front of my gate and the neighbors pass through. This is now the fourth year in a row.

Once again trash was not picked up at very end of Thomas Court. Trash barrel is in clear site yet continually is left uncollected.

Lawn bags were not picked up this a.m. at end of Thomas Court.

The collection and gathering of empty cans over the last few months and that remain in the driveway of 62 Warner Street has attracted rats. They are all over the corner of Warner and Millett. Something needs to be done before they start making their way into homes or before once again someone puts out poison. They are already burrowing in yards. Thank You

Lawn and leaf not picked up this morning.

Can someone look into how they are parking at 12 Burnham Street? For weeks it has made coming out of Thomas Court extremely dangerous. You can't see anything coming from the left until you are halfway into Burnham Street. And it isn't going to get any better once the business is open. Thank You

Once again plow driver came straight down Thomas Court, a dead end street, and plowed the snow right into my driveway, which is the end of the street, and onto property.

With the work that has begun in the area all of the storm drains at the bottom of Millett Street are blocked, by barrels, dirt that had been put down to cover pipes and has now run downhill & leaves, and it is now starting to flood. Flooding in this area has caused major problems in the basements of homes at the base of the hill before.
