I have raised the same issue about the hazardous situation created at 35th and Wisconsin by the sudden blocking off of the left turn lanes. And the closing off of one lane of Wisconsin. Not sure why this has happened and what motorists are supposed to do that use Wisconsin to get to their homes. The orange cones need to be removed- looks like people are already working on that unless it is the city that has come to its senses and realized that they've created a dangerous traffic situation. .And one should examine the class implications of then routing traffic through the lower avenue streets closer to MacArthur- Kansas, Arizona and California. Slow streets are a great idea but not when they create hazards.
