Thank you for this comment! This intersection is still not complete, due to the Site A development. I am researching the final planned design further, but right now you should enter the trail at the crosswalk.

Currently, a left turn can be made from the southbound left turn lane onto the Cross Alameda Trail (CAT) at the curb cut at the crosswalk at the SE corner. Once the Site A project is completed, people in the southbound bike lane will be able to bike onto the SW corner of the intersection to join the raised separated bike lanes (the CAT segment that will continue to the west, through Site A), and then cross Main Street to head EB on the Trail. The City does not have plans to add a bike curb cut along Ralph Appezzato Memorial Parkway. Thank you!
