I can tell you what's going to happen.....pretty much nothing. Take a walk over to Greenbough Ct.to see the ongoing (years) damage.Take the circles out. Put up no parking signs. Get smaller trash trucks. Lots of solutions but getting any done is beyond us. How about river stones around the interior perimeter.
