The dilapidated hole ridden wooden fence has new holes in it. The pit bulls that are kept in the back yard keep tearing/biting it open. The new hole is located on the west side of the property in the alley. There is a blue recycle bin in front of the hole in an attempt to "block" the hole. Early this morning I heard a loud commotion behind my home only to find that one of dogs was out the fence attempting to attack someone. The victim of the attack began yelling out for the owner to get their dog. This is about the 3rd time this has happened at this home. I saw the police show up on one occasion, so there should be a report associated with that incident. This is a rental property, the homeowner needs to be contacted and held accountable to reinforce the fence or evict the tenants for refusing to do so.
