The fence shown surrounds a storm water management pond between 10265 and 10268 Wetherburn Rd Ellicott City 21042. Unaccompanied kids were noted skating on the pond--not a safe situation. Could you install a sign, saying something like "No Tresspassing. Access for Maintenance Only"? I know signs won't necessarily keep kids out, but at least we are doing our part and posting the notice. Thanks!
