Robert, obviously the whole area is under reconstruction with changing traffic patterns. While I sympathize with your plight... please be a little patient... those of us who live here have been for the last years as they rebuild the intersections and overpasses.
BTW... from your pic, it looks like the other side where bikes actually travel is ok... this side where cars travel is rutted, but they will not notice it other than to slow down a bit (which is good).
