Resident said that he owns property next to this parking lot. There are homeless living in tents in the lot. They are creating bad conditions for the tenants of his property. The homeless are burning fires for warmth and cooking. Fire personnel had to be called to extinguish the fires. Also the homeless are noisy during the night.
