Inspected 11/16. Spoke with resident. Area of concern is a section of old, chipped concrete gutter pan that’s slowing down storm water runoff and causing minor ponding in the gutter pan in front of the driveway. Added 15LF of modified curb to the master repair list for service as crews and funding are available. Curb should be fixed prior to roadway resurfacing to allow for a proper profile.
