Cars are constantly and frequently illegally parking in the right turn lane to the Gateway Village apartments off Guilford Rd. The non-emergency police number has been called previously by a few of us in the complex, but the cars always come back. These cars make it dangerous to pull out of the apartment community (you have very limited vision to see if a car is coming) I have personally witness and almost been in a handful of near accidents as a result of the parked cars making it difficult to pull out of the neighborhood; twice while in the lane the car in front of me stopped to park.

Tuesday seems to frequently be the heaviest day (13 cars tonight - one is even blocking the fire hydrant!)

I'm at a loss of what to do, can you help?

I know it should go without saying since this is a solid white line turn lane and not a shoulder, but this little stretch here badly needs a no parking sign.
