The curb ramp on the NW corner of 7th St/Frontage Rd is almost always flooded, with a constant puddle of dirty water between the sidewalk and crosswalk. Please repair whatever is causing this, and if possible upgrade the curb ramp to meet current ADA standards, align the ramp with the Bay Trail straight across Frontage, and bulb out the sidewalk at the NW corner to increase visibility with southbound Frontage Rd car and semi traffic.
