Thank you for your report. This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the appropriate Utility Company (Verizon, BGE, Comcast, etc). Howard County has submitted a report on your behalf, and the utility has indicated that they will look into the issue. This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.

These boxes belong to Comcast. They have been damaged and ignored for years. Thank you got any help you can give us with getting them replaced or repaired.
