Overnight rentals in a residential zone hurts everyone. This practice is also unlawful in the City of St. Petersburg. Please shut these businesses down.

I agree. If we had a vote today by all the people in Saint Pete, these B&B and hotels would loose.

People need to mind their own business and stop whining. Be grateful these properties are being well maintained. That would not be the case with long term rentals!
