large item pickup in alley

A sign was added to restrict parking in front of the fire hydrant, fine I get it. But it took away two parking spaces because it is so far from the fire hydrant. Parking is already at a premium and taking away two spaces is drastic. This sign needs to be moved closer to the hydrant. The city code may say it has to be 20 feet from the hydrant but that is absolutely insane given how small our streets are and the limited parking. I hope people that complained about the parking in front of the hydrant are happy now that it lead to less parking for everyone. Idiots. It there was a fire there was plenty of access to the hydrant and they can just busy out the person's window if they needed to. So dumb.

homeless people passed out in the park in the bushes. there's also a homeless guy they're literally every day and night, the same person, he is definitely living there.
