This got really bad very quickly. Someone moved out of an apartment near by and dumped their bedroom in the alley around the binster. Funny how, an idiot makes us all look like idiots because when I put things out near the trash like this, I call city of Saint Pete and they charge me $18.00. When this idiot puts this out, and don't call the city of Saint Pete, he gets away with it. Not fair at all. The Land Lord should pay for this service.

Trash trucks forgot to pick up all our trash in the alley. Trash day was today, and they never showed up early this morning.

I just noticed that 22nd AVE North road, from Home depot all the way down to 4th street North is getting really bad. There seems to be more pot holes showing up, but worse yet, impressions in the road that makes my CAN AM bottom out. It never used to do that but in the last three to four months I have hit several spots like that on 22nd Ave. N. The road is getting more uneven because we have a great deal of traffic on this road...but for some reason unlike many other heavily ridden roads, this one is showing more wear and tear. I think this road needs to be resurfaced.

This is actually in the Alleyway between 311 24th AVE. N. and 323 1/2 23rd Ave. N....Actually. I have watched this for several weeks gone from bad to worse. At first there was a few things around the trash cans and it appears now that no one gives hinds be-hive about this at all. It is starting to spread into the alley way. You would have figured that the local renters out there would have said something....but I don't think they care.

This is obviously a NEC code violation by Duke Energy, and the End user is responsible in notifying Duke they need to come out and repair the electrical line feeding the clinic.

This is a violation of NEC code for securing a power line to a roof. There is no support for the 240 single phase Hot, Hot, and neutral. So it is possible that a short could occur with a good gust of wind and the house could burn down with a significant spark. Since this is on the line side there is no thermal fuse to stop the imminent damage. I suggest that city inspector come out to investigate this hazard, site the apartment building management with a code violation. Beside the fact this device is not mounted to the pole, if the strong wind came by it could be swinging all over the place and pull the utility wire right out of its place. That hazard alone could inflict bodily damage of electrocution. This is also a life safety hazard for anyone within the area. I also think the apartment dweller must be experiencing more than their share of transit surges from Duke, with all that wire swinging is most definitely unhealthy for the electronics within the building.

ADA Code Violation by removing a vehicle (trike CAN AM) clearly marked with a disability tag using a towing company. Clearly there where no vehicles parked in any one of their parking spots. Regions bank Manager

The sign clearly states....Local traffic only. My approach to this alley was interfered with a huge 18 Wheeler Coke Cola Truck. Mark the manager of the Rally Station instructed all loading and unloading of trucks where to park right in front of the Alley. Most if not all the trucks when finished go down the alley when through. However I instructed the Coca Cola people that only Local traffic only, and they did comply. But still this is the Rally Station that is responsible for this. How do I know this? The Coca Cola people told me. They would of gone down the alley if I had not told them not too. That is how come we have huge potholes in this alley...see picture. I don't believe in being anonymous either. You got a beef, say it and stand proud.

I would say, very very hard to put trash in this thing. Need a couple of strong guys to upright this trash bin.

There are so many pot holes on this little dirt patch of road in this ally way, that all-terrain comes to mind and bottom out is a reality. It is to the point now, that four wheel drive is preferred. I am almost tempted not to report it, because the traffic flow from the gas station that the customers used to use all the time and disregarding the sign that says local traffic only is becoming a trickle of unsuspecting victims, to my delight. I dare say if they do pave the road like the rest of the alley is done, we will have faster and more frequent traffic ignoring the local traffic sign posted at both ends of the alley. So maybe you shouldn't fill in the pot holes and allow them to get much bigger and maybe one might get stuck in a pot hole big enough to swallow it whole.

Woke up this morning and discovered that someone dumped a king size mattress and box spring in my front yard last night. When we all went to bed late last night there was nothing out there. This morning early when I got up...low and behold.....there it was. Nice people we have in the area. I am not responsible for this. Please have some one come out from the city to pick this up.
