A small Magnolia tree on Lexington Ave, right as you approach Cliff Ave, is dead. Can it please be removed? Also can a homeowner put a new small tree in that location or only the city?

There is no record of the City planting a Magnolia tree at this location, nor would we plant a Magnolia tree as a public shade tree.
The tree will be removed when time allows as it is not posing a danger.
We do not want a new small tree planted in that location. Thank you for the offer to do so.
