I've also added my own stones to assist around the steel tube under the driveway that is also beginning to crumble during rainstorms. I believe the entire lower part of my drive needs dug up and a new rain tube replaced with correct grading applied.

J. Barker investigated 10/0/2018. The driveway pipe is now the low point of the road. The roadside swale has built up over the years, so now water can not flow to the inlet downstream. Will check the roadside Right Of Way to determine if the swale is in the Right Of Way. If the swale is in the Right Of Way, we will schedule to reshape the swale for positive drainage to the inlet. Picture is the outfall side of th driveway.

We will be getting to this issue in the near future. We have had issues during covid with staffing and continue to have staffing issues today. We will have to remark the area that needs to be graded before starting the work.

Issue 13362183 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue.

The swale has been reshaped for positive drainage.

This is no longer a issue.
