I am writing in regards to our rain mitigation drainage request from 2018. As a result of the ongoing issue and the delay in addressing the situation, our driveway continues to erode and crumble. Since the rain is not able to flow properly off our property toward the main water drain, our driveway continues to sink and break apart. We have attempted to reinforce it with stones or bricks. but it continues to deteriorate.

When your team does come out to fix the grading, which we were told would be happening this past week, we request you also repair the driveway.
