Descrizione

residents are dumping trash over their back yard onto State highway property across from rotary. we cleaned their mess weeks ago and it is happening again. There yard trash is also going into the park to their left. Went there to clean but were not able to because car was parked in 1 hr spot . These people need to have a police visit to clean up their yard so it discontinues messing up our public park and state highway
