Health Inspector went on site on April 19th and had no findings other than those items that had blown off the porch and are shown in the image provided.

Can you please tell me how this issue was resolved. I noticed the trash is still blowing over their back yard onto the state owned property along 128 heading to west gloucester as well as onto the city park along washington street. I spoke to the chief of police and he said he was sending an officer to the home. Please advise as my sister and I already cleaned up that whole area once this spring.

Drove by there myself today and there are no issues visible that concern public health. If you feel this is not the case, then you have the right to bring the matter forward to a court of applicable jurisdiction. - Max Schenk, Assistant Director, Health Department
