Email from resident, summarized: "I want to let you know that a really tall pine tree located on the edge of the road on the fence line between 2 properties on the left side as you enter the round part of the court for Penelope Ct. in Fulton, MD is cracked halfway up and would be in danger of falling over into the road if a strong wind were to occur."
I advised the resident that I would ask Highways to take a look, realizing this may not be a County tree.
