Abandoned or stolen Red Jeep Cherokee @ 62nd and Harmon has been parked for 6 weeks without moving. No license plates. Local residents do not know an owner. Residents and tax payers can't find street parking because of people like this using public streets for storing stolen or malfunctioning vehicles.
