Gang grafitti on this fence has been here all year. This blight lowers the quality of life for neighborhood residents.

62nd @Harmon continues to be a magnet for dumping trash and ongoing pedestrian litter that attracts rodents and other vectors. People park on 62nd near the Att boxes and drink, use other drugs, dump trash, food, liquor bottles and other environmental contaminants. This ongoing blight is a public health issue. Residents are tax payers and it’s not our responsibility to clear this trash every day to have healthy living conditions.

Well known "RESTA" tag found throughout Oakland is at the top of the building across from new Seminary Point. This one has been there for months.

Called Dead Animal Control twice 2 months ago and they have done NOTHING. Street Sweeping has not picked up the dead, smelly cat carcass during the regular sweeping. That corner is left abandoned every month. On windy days hair and skin from the dead cat floats in the air and lands on house yards.

Abandoned or stolen Red Jeep Cherokee @ 62nd and Harmon has been parked for 6 weeks without moving. No license plates. Local residents do not know an owner. Residents and tax payers can't find street parking because of people like this using public streets for storing stolen or malfunctioning vehicles.

Abandoned or stolen forest green Ford Explorer without license plates and with Vin # covered on dashboard. Parked in front of the 2113 residence for 6 weeks without moving. Residents who actually live on this street and need parking have trouble finding it because of people like this using residential streets for storing their stolen or non-working vehicles.
