Description

Tidewater Ave from High Street to the East Bay Parks boating center is supposed to be an on-street bike connection between the Bay Trail from the south to the continuation north of High Street, but the pavement is about as bad as can be imagined. The semi traffic, abandoned train tracks, and flooding make it even worse. Please fix this up in the short term so someone doesn't get hurt before this Bay Trail gap can be completed.
