Pic#3 the inlet needs to be repaired. The missing brick and mortar is allowing the dirt to wash through. And undermine the roadway and concrete gutter pan.

This was originally small crack and developed into big ditch, this can potentially cause injury to vehicles and people if stepped close to this

The hole is becoming big and children can fall in and get hurt. Please fix this as soon as possible. children play here everyday.
