J. Barker investigated 8/30/16 and the area is already marked with a traffic cone and caution tape. The brick front wall against the roadside needs to be repaired. Once we have the slab off the inlet, we need to inspect the 22' long by 36" round cmp for any defects. We also need to fill in the washed out shoulder in this location with stone, asphalt or millings will work well. Spoke with customer by phone and gave her an update.

It's been over a year and the erosion along Cypressmede has gotten worse. When will this be addressed? There are holes along the road a foot or more deep.

Investigated this issue and found that we need the Vactor truck to clean the sediment out of the pipes. Also we are going to need a video inspection on the pipes.

The inlet box has been repaired on 7/2/19. we used 80 brick, 1bag of mortar and 1-ton of debri was removed.
