Descrição
Headed north on Stone School, trying to turn left onto Packard ona bicycle. Signal does not recognize presence of left-turning bicycle. In addition, if a car pulls up behind the bicycle, signal does not recognize car that far back. Only way to get the signal to turn is for bike to move past white line and allow car to pull up to line.

Also, I think current technology is evolving.

If the technology is unable to recognize bicycles, why is the apparent "solution" to leave a broken system in place? Why not switch to a timed stoplight cycle?
