    Unnecessary road closing. There is no work taking place here while the road closure signs are still up barricading the roadway. Many people are ignoring the signs, training them to ignore all your signs. Others are driving miles out of their way to get around the signs, unnecessarily wasting gas and contributing to climate change. It's ridiculous that the contractors can't be bothered to re-open the road when they are gone for over half a day, and even more ridiculous that the City allows that. Please be better.

    Oh nice. I tried to reply on the issue at https://seeclickfix.com/issues/14796257 and it said "User is not authorized to comment on this issue." The truth hurts, I guess. That just makes my reply below even more relevant, even more correct, and even more justified. Good job being even worse than I gave you credit for, though. And you're now "holding my comment for moderation." Let's try again, so you can't just hide it:

    Here's the thing: You. All. ****. Ann Arbor's system for SeeClickFix is awful, because you all use the same user name, and you all hide behind your anonymity. You *personally* have done nothing to resolve the problem, but instead have closed the issue without any response beyond the canned automatic response, and also without doing ANYTHING to resolve the issue. If you want to see an example of a *quality* approach, go to Ypsilanti's SeeClickFix. They have separate user accounts, and cannot hide their useless responses behind an anonymous user name. With their separate accounts, if they gave nothing but useless canned responses like you are doing, everyone would know who it was that was doing that, and they would have to justify their response. They wouldn't just hide, like you are doing.

    One lane of Division is blocked for no reason, causing a multiple block backup on Division. To the right out of view is an electronic sign completely blocking the lane, and the only blockage is a few traffic cones. There is no construction or anything using this lane. Why on Earth is it blocked?

    After the recent resurfacing of Packard, this light no longer turns to blinking during the overnight through 6:30 am. The other nearby lights all still switch to blinking, and this intersection isn't any busier. It just causes unnecessary idling while cars wait at the red. Please set this light back to blinking overnight.

    There continues to be an ongoing problem of trash toters being left out continuously in front of State Theater and the former Urban Outfitters. This picture was taken at 8:15 am today (Saturday). Even with five days of trash pickup, by City code, these should not be present between noon Friday and 5pm Sunday. I understand Community Standards spoke with a person about this, and for at east one day, they were down to one toter, but now they're back to just leaving them out all the time. Please enforce city code. These garbage toters being outside continuously is unacceptable.

    The yellow lights for southbound State at Hoover are not working. I drive through here while the lights are still blinking, and the southbound side is just dark, should be blinking yellow. I don't know if red and green work, or if light is correct during normal hours. Eastbound blinking red and northbound blinking yellow both work correctly.

    It is after 10pm on a Friday night. There should not be garbage toters out on the sidewalk, even with five collections per week. Please enforce city code instead of making excuses. This behavior makes the whole city look like trash, and should not be enabled.

    The "Road Closed" sign is completely blocking the east-bound roadway. The actual closure is nearly a mile up the road, and local traffic still needs to turn onto east-bound Dhu Varren, but the sign is placed to completely block that lane. I spoke with the worker placing the sign this morning, but he said that that was where he was told to put it. Please tell them to move the sign closer to the edge of the road, so that the local traffic that needs to turn onto eastbound Dhu Varren can do so.

    Left turn light always triggers for Southbound State onto Stimson, even when there are no cars present, and stays on for a long period, blocking the Northbound State St. traffic unnecessarily.

    Traffic signal not registering that there are cars on Pontiac Trail. I and many others sat at this intersection on Southbound Pontiac Trail for about two minutes at 6:20 am this morning, waiting for the signal to change, often with no other traffic from any other direction.

    I wanted to document this. Pedestrian enforcement cop is collecting data on cars that don't stop, but he doesn't look like a person waiting to cross the street. He looks like what he is, a person standing there taking data. So no one should have to stop here.
    For me, I was driving on the other side of the street, so I wouldn't have to stop even if he were waiting to cross the street. Pretty sure he marked me down as not stopping anyway.
