all day, every day, traffic is backed up here because of those giant ruts.

This is 102nd Ave N at MLK facing east. As you can see, there's a massive pothole which doesn't allow traffic wanting to head south to merge... this causes a massive backup numerous times a day, because this traffic is astonishingly long.
please, for everyone around here, send a crew to fix.
