This This is not that the construction is blocking anything, it is these people who every day and all day are out here on the sidewalks without letting people who walk pass they block with their chairs and leave a lot of garbage that also reaches my front patio It is always with a lot of garbage, I have talked to my neighbors and add they like this because this part of the street looks very dirty where it comes from, these people who do not live around it come from, they only come they park here they smoke a lot they leave a lot of garbage and their chairs This makes the street look ugly and nobody can walk on the sidewalk. They also put their cars on the sidewalks. Someone has to do something now.
