Description

On busy avenues and boulevards I'm seeing a huge increase in cars passing on the right in intersections. I'm always aware of what's around me, but if I'm not as keen it could be very dangerous. I reported one location near a school. I've also seen it on MacArthur Blvd. and Fruitvale Ave.
