Descrição
The City of Toronto and Camrost-Felcorp have used this site (300 Manitoba Street at Legion Road-southwest corner) as a dump for dirt dug out of previous condo developments and a repository for soil that the city has used in it's Grand Street Park development. It is an eyesore and toxic soil has been blown around for years on end. Nothing but lip service from Counsellor Grimes office, the city, the developer and the environment ministry. This is urban development gone all wrong.

I sometimes detour through Humber Park in the mornings. You enter at this beautiful entrance and get spat out at a construction dump that's been sitting there for a good hunk of my life at this point.
The less reputable neighbourhoods in Chicago are in better shape than many places in Toronto. This is not a tourist town.
