Description

The lights at this intersection for some reason give an exclusive right-of-way to the vehicles coming out of the Humber Sewage Treatment Plant. The three other streets are stopped, including vehicles coming out of a busy plaza. Yet as far as I can see, there is very little traffic coming out of the Sewage Treatment Plant. Is there some reason why the occasional vehicle coming out of the Sewage Treatment Plant must be given this exclusive right-of-way?
