This moving truck destroyed several major branches of a city tree. The driver had to know what he was doing; it would have been loud. He should be held responsible for the cost of cleanup, replacement if the tree dies, and defacing the neighborhood. Indiana license plate #92017. Owner Maurio Patrick McCoy of Las Vegas, Nevada.
