Either a part of the metal grate is missing or there is a pothole in the RR crossing on Andrew Jackson Pkwy as you move in to the left-turn lane to turn onto Old Lebanon Dirt Rd. I have hit it twice in the dark and am afraid it is going to damage my car or my tire.

Metro Public Works has assigned a maintenance inspector to visit this location and determine what repairs are needed. It may the responsibility of the railroad company that owns and uses this crossing.
