    When turning off Andrew Jackson Pkwy onto Old Lebanon Dirt Rd heading east, there are 2 lanes. Right lane goes straight only & Left lane turns left only. Paint has faded away & I've seen many near misses as people in left lane go straight in error. This is a school crossing & very busy intersection. If right lane driver tries to go at same time, they collide. Please repaint lane arrows!

    Stop light at Old Lebanon Dirt Road & Chandler Drive in Hermitage turns red too fast. Not enough cars are released from OLDR & traffic backs up the hill. Saturday morning at 9:30 was up to the top of the hill. Weekdays since school started have been horrible!!

    On I65 southbound underneath Old Hickory Blvd on the exit ramp to go east on OHB there is a large frozen mound of ice. Very bumpy & unseen until you are on it. Needs salting and scraping.

    Very large pothole has developed on Melrose Ave westbound as you travel between Nolensville Rd & Eugenia. Has damaged tire on car due to depth & width of pothole.

    Pothole has developed just as you get on the entrance ramp to I40 westbound off of State Rte 45/Old Hickory Blvd in Hermitage.

    Either a part of the metal grate is missing or there is a pothole in the RR crossing on Andrew Jackson Pkwy as you move in to the left-turn lane to turn onto Old Lebanon Dirt Rd. I have hit it twice in the dark and am afraid it is going to damage my car or my tire.
