How can we request to create a "Quiet Zone" ("No Train Horn") zone at this intersection? Based on what the DOT website has at https://railroads.dot.gov/elibrary/how-create-quiet-zone, the railroad crossings here have SSMs in place which would make these two crossing eligible to be Quiet Zones. Right now, train horns blast daily, sometimes in the early morning hours which is a nuisance, so much that it has to be declared on property disclosures which has impact on property values. It's not fun being awakened at 5:00am by blasting horns. Since the crossings already meet criteria for Quiet Zones, it would be great to have those implemented. Thank you!

Ever since the dump opened on the East side of Cooper between Elliott and Guadalupe there is continuous debris in the road This debris ends up in the center turn lane which we are oftentimes forced to run over turning into our neighborhood (Neely Ranch) We have had a tire sliced and tread separation recently

More frequent cleanup needs to be done or offenders fined so loads are better secured going forward

My trash can was damaged during pick up on Wednesday

There was an accident several weeks ago during a storm where a car struck a light pole and I'm guessing some other utilities. Ever since that day a generator (sounds and looks like a generator from a distance) has been running 24/7. We have been dealing with figuring some repair is going to correct the issue. It is getting annoying and it wakes us at night. Any idea when this will be rectified?

a previous vehicle collision knocked a street light and tree down. the street light has since been replaced .The stump and roots of the tree are still remaining in the public right of way. A citizen at the NW redevelopment public outreach meeting has requested that this be removed and replaced in kind.

The(2) no parking signs were just put up outside of our backyard which is perfectly fine, but they were installed waaay too high We should not have to look at the ugly signs above our wall from our backyard The are 7-8 ft tall when they should be 4-5 feet tall where we cannot see them from our back yard Please install them deeper/shorter ASAP Thank you!

Large tree branch has fallen three days ago and is still blocking the sidewalk. Normally this is handled by the Sonesta Estates HOA landscaping crews and since I do not live at this subdivision I cannot find a contact number to notify them. The tree is behind the home located at 935 W Heather Ave. on the SRP Western Powerline Trail.
