    Last Tuesday (9/17/19) the garbage truck which picked up trash in Riviera Bay {and perhaps elsewhere too} had a leaky hydraulic hose which sprayed hydraulic fluid every time it stopped to pick up a trash container. I drove around the neighborhood and observed similar leakage stains throughout our neighborhood - hundreds of leaks and stains on our roads.

    Please ensure the truck is repaired before dumping any more fluid on our streets which drain directly into Riviera Bay!

    The storm drain catch basin located at the SE corner of 99th ave N and the access ramp leading to eastbound Gandy Blvd STILL has a broken lid.

    This jagged and broken piece of concrete and rebar is a hazard to pedestrians and bicyclists.

    I reported this on June 18th and the request was closed as "forwarded to DOT for repair". DOT has apparently done nothing.

    The construction site at 10000 4th street north is routing their construction via 2nd street north, over our little bridge that has a 19 ton weight restriction. There are signs posted regarding the weight limit, but the drivers ignore the signs. So far today at least 10 trucks have passed over the bridge.

    There is already damage occurring to the bridge (see picture attached).
