Description

The storm drain catch basin located at the SE corner of 99th ave N and the access ramp leading to eastbound Gandy Blvd STILL has a broken lid.

This jagged and broken piece of concrete and rebar is a hazard to pedestrians and bicyclists.

I reported this on June 18th and the request was closed as "forwarded to DOT for repair". DOT has apparently done nothing.
