Hit by a plow?

For the third week in a row, this firm has been a day late in picking up trash from their customers. They continue to cite "equipment problems". If the City is going to control who gets to pick up trash, perhaps they need to monitor the quality of the work their chosen contractors provide.

The blacktop (not concrete) sidewalks for this property have degraded to the point that they are a menace, particularly in the winter.

The leaf crew came through today and did a great job. The only problem is that my neighbor's oaks have only dropped 1/2 their leaves - will there be a second pickup?

The overgrown bushes on the Lafayette Avenue side of this corner property make the sidewalk impassable.

Most homeowners have completed their second mowing of the year - this property has yet to start.

There is a Proctor Roofing set of trucks working on a house on the south side of Lyceum, which is the No Parking side. but they're parked there anyway. It makes the slalom on Lyceum even more difficult.

Does the pink tape on trees mean they are marked for removal? When would a property owner be notified of the schedule for removal?

The trailer in the parkway in front of 380 Washington is in danger of becoming a permanent fixture. Now that the owners of this property have re-done their driveway (that faces Nursery), why can't the trailer be located there?

The former Al's Inn now has roof failure and discarded TVs accumulating at the back entrance. This has got to be the biggest blot on the appearance of downtown. Can nothing be done?

Owner has installed concrete to replace slate - a great idea, but not to city spec of 5".

There's a huge pile of brush piled up in the parkway, and mowing seems to have become optional at this rental. (White house at the corner of Maxwell & Castle)

It's covered in grass clippings, but there's a street sign next to the Castle Street curb on the east side of the intersection with Dorchester.

Many plastic bags of yard waste at the curb - what happens now? Send them a trash notice?

Reported many times, this streetlight is still out.

Almost all of upper Castle Street's sidewalks are clear, at least a path, with the exception of this property, which doesn't appear to be occupied.

Despite several postings to NYSEG's web site, there is still no progress on this light, first posted in November. Is there a direct contact route for City personnel who supervise the contract with NYSEG? This makes for a very dark street intersection.

Landscapers just finished a cleanup, leaving behind a huge pile of unbagged leaves - similar to many piles put out after the City's "once and done" unbagged pickup. What happens now?
