This is the only section of sidewalk leading to Wegman's that is regularly NOT shoveled! City plow throw-off is not an excuse.

Today - Sunday 9/29 - property owner is installing a chain link fence on N. Brook Street side less that 3 feet from curb in city right of way.

The metal covers for basement access that appear in front of a number of stores in downtown Geneva concern me - the one in front of Cam's is rusted through in places. Are they safe to walk on?

The storm drain in the SW quadrant of Brook Street Circle is blocked with vegetation.

Using this location as an example, is there any way to deter the placement of yard waste in the parkways after the Spring Cleanup? Is this situation a violation notice offense?

Again, an overloaded trash container, put out too late for pickup yesterday, is still outside with crows and squirrels making a mess.

It's great to see the street sweeper out, why does it swerve to AVOID piles of leaves and sticks? This would seem to defeat the purpose. This location is approximate - drive up Castle and you can see a number of minor swerves (leaves) not to be confused with the larger swerves (parked cars)

Is there a way to force the landlord to supply two trash containers? Current tenants fill single container to overflowing, plus plastic bags on ground. Attacks by dogs, squirrels and birds then leave trash strewn all over to blow down street.
