10601 Russet St Oakland, CA 94603, USA - North StonehurstMore homeless have set up tents along the tunnel. They even have a car parked on the side of the railroad tracks. This is unsafe. More trash has accumulated on Russet Street from 105th Ave to Moorpark Street. This is a health crisis. The mobile home owners at the end of Moorpark are dangerous and disgusting. This community needs help and action from the City. The quality of life is low. Enough! It is dangerous over there.

The Neighborhood Watch worked very hard to get this area cleaned up. It is returning to a haven for RV's, prostitutes and trash. The Neighborhood Watch need continued support from the City. The RV's must go. Please get proactive to stop the illegal dumping. The area needs brighter lighting and camera's.

Bollards and logs were placed at the entrance to deter dirt bikes, cars and four wheelers from entering the park. The offenders are destroying the baseball field by doing donuts on the field. Cars are parking on the grass.
